Over the weekend some of the finest 15 and Under footballers represented Victoria in an Australian Football showcase through School Sport Victoria. Our very own Damon Hollow represented Team Victoria (White) at the Trevor Barker Oval in Sandringham on Sunday.
In what was originally scheduled to be a School Sport Australia carnival with all states in Darwin, SSA were forced to change the carnival to a one day event between Victoria Metro and Victoria Country due to Covid restrictions.
Damon played well across the half back flank, helping his team to a five point victory over Vic Country. We are extremely proud of him for representing not only his school and the Westmeadows Football Club, but his family and friends who are amongst some of his biggest supporters.
Congratulations to Damon on his selection for Team Victoria and we wish all the best in your future career, with hopefully plenty more appearances in the Big V jumper.
