Westmeadows Football Club would like to take this opportunity to explain what your registration and match payment fees go towards. We do understand that the cost of registration can be expensive and assure you we keep the costs to a minimum. Westmeadows Football Club is run as a not for profit with all proceeds being used for the benefit of all club members. 

Each Club will have a different fee structure dependent on their ground fees, sponsorship income or other funds they may have. Here are just some of the areas that we as a club need to spend money on to ensure that we can all play football each week.

Affiliation Fees (Essendon District Football League) * Insurance * Ground Hire * Umpire Fees * Playing Jumpers * Game/Training Equipment * Match & Training Balls * Bibs/Cones * First Aid Kits * Field Equipment (goal pads, line marking paint etc.) * Coaches Certification * End of Season Trophies *  Electricity * Cleaning Products  

All of the above is primarily funded by your child's registration fee. All the clubs volunteers get paid nil and gain nil financial benefit for volunteering.

Registration Fees for season 2019 are as follows (payment plans can be arranged).  This years registration will include a Westmeadows Football Club sports bag for each junior player.
