After leading the club in 2025, Ryan Capron and Jarrod Petersen will again take the reins as Co-Captains. Both 300-game players for Westmeadows, they set the standard, lead by example and bring the group together on and off the field.

Reigning Division Two Best and Fairest winner Aaron Evans has been appointed Vice Captain, recognised for his elite performance, professionalism and influence around the club.

Supporting the leadership core are Deputy Vice Captains Jordan Kosteas and Jake Hatton, both respected for their competitiveness, consistency and team-first approach.

Rounding out the leadership group are Jordan Hollow and exciting new recruit Adrian Alfonsi, adding further depth, energy and perspective to the group.

Senior Coach Ash Flavel said the leaders reflect exactly what the club stands for heading into the new season.

“We want to be a destination, built on one-club values and a place the whole community connects to. We’re a proud working-class organisation, and people should be really proud of where we’re at. 2025 was a strong year both on and off the field, and we’re focused on continuing to grow. This leadership group is the right group to drive that, they set the standard, bring others with them, and represent exactly what we stand for.”

The Senior Men’s leadership group reflects a commitment to high standards, accountability and continued growth as the program builds on the momentum of a strong 2025 season. With a clear focus on connection, performance and representing the Westmeadows community with pride, the group is set to lead from the front in 2026.
